In Nov 2024 I experienced "The Overview Effect" in VR alongside Space Philosopher Frank White

Since 2018 my journey into the Metaverse began as a quest for connection. As an isolated young adult, I sought solace in virtual worlds, hoping to find a sense of purpose, connection, and belonging with those who shared my passions. Little did I know, this would spark a lifelong dedication to immersive technology.In 2021, I finally took a leap of faith and acquired a VR headset. Having navigated the vast expanse of the virtual world, this inspired me to bring my own art to life. I then challenged myself and tirelessly dedicated a year to learning how to develop within Unity, Unreal Engine, and Blender.That transformative year ignited a flame within me.Throughout my quest, I met incredible individuals who inspired me to learn, create, and contribute. Since then I've discovered a love for crafting immersive experiences that uplift, inspire and connect humanity.My journey taught me the value of community and the power that virtual reality can have on people. Today I’m dedicated to helping others find their place in the Metaverse, fostering a sense of belonging and inspiring positive change.

My mission is to make immersive technologies accessible, inclusive and community-driven. I believe XR should be in the hands of the people, not mega corporations. XR for the people, by the people. I envision a future where VR empowers marginalized voices, bridges cultural divides and fosters empathy. I’ve dedicate my time to harnessing the Metaverse's potential, pushing innovation boundaries and building experiences that inspire, educate and uplift.

Innovation

HeartSaver @ PlutoHacks

Born from a hackathon idea, our award-winning prototype won 1st Place at PlutoHacks 2024 - one of South Floridas biggest hackathons, pioneering us as the first XR project to achieve this feat in SoFlo. On top of that we also made history as the first all women team to win 1st place at PH. This immersive technology training experience empowers First-Responders and everyday people with essential lifesaving CPR skills for emergency preparedness from the comfort of their homes.
